BMW of Fairfield understands these dynamics, and that’s why we offer We Come to You – Service Valet. Using our easy 4-Step process we will pick up your vehicle from your residence, perform maintenance on it in our facility, and return it to you thoroughly disinfected and cleaned. Your Service Valet Appointment must be booked 24 hours in advance.

Our service technicians are qualified to perform maintenance and repairs on all vehicle makes and models, not just BMWs. We strive to be the local all-encompassing Service Center for every vehicle in every household in our community. It’s important to our organization to be inclusive to all drivers. Perhaps someone in your household drives a BMW and someone else drives a Lexus? We offer a professional service center where all members of the household will feel comfortable bringing their vehicles to us for maintenance. Or, allow us to come to you, at home or work, with our pick up and drop off service. No matter where you reside, whether in Solano or Napa County, the Service team at BMW of Fairfield is eager to work on your vehicle, regardless of the make. We’ll provide a comfortable environment for you to wait while the maintenance is performed on your vehicle.
We’ve Got You Covered
For BMW owners who reside in Napa and Solano counties, this service is complimentary. For BMW owners who do not live in these counties but live close by, there is a $20 flat rate for the cost of the service, plus $1 for each additional mile per travel route. See the chart for an estimated cost of this service based on your location from the dealership. This service is only offered within a 50-mile radius of BMW of Fairfield. Examples: If you live outside of Napa or Solano Counties and 15 miles from BMW of Fairfield, the cost is a flat-rate of $20 plus $15 ($1 per mile) for a pickup and $15 for delivery – a total of $50 for both ways. If you live outside of Napa or Solano Counties and 25 miles from BMW of Fairfield, the cost is a flat-rate of $20 plus $25 ($1 per mile) for a pickup and $25 for delivery – a total of $70 for both ways.

Step 2: We will Pick-up your Vehicle
We’ll pick up your vehicle, bring it in for the requested service, and return it once completed.

Pay online or over the phone for the services needed or requested.
Step 4: Clean and Drop-off your Vehicle
Your vehicle is disinfected before drop-off. We clean key touchpoints like handles, wheel, knobs, and keys for your safety.
